The Bruker 400 MHz Avance III HD liquid-state NMR spectrometer uses a shielded 400’54 ASCEND standard-bore Bruker superconducting magnet with automated NMR-tube sample changer (SampleXpress Lite) for up to 16 NMR samples. The dual-channel Avance III HD Nanobay console is capable of all routine 1D and 2D NMR experiments with molecules in the liquid phase or in solution.

Our probe for routine 1D/2D measurements is a 5-mm Bruker PABBO broadband probe (BB/1H-19F/D) with z-gradient and temperature control capabilities from -100 to +150 °C.

Authorized users interact with IconNMR automation software to submit experiments and control relevant NMR parameters according to their level of individual training.
