RESEARCH INTERESTS

The synthesis and study of unique, thermally stable, and electrically stable polymers; as well as unique, unstable, and electrically conductive polymers. Evaluation of laser, e beam, and x-ray irradiation of solid materials and thin films. The evaluation of the adhesion and removal of very thin films from crystalline substrates. The development of high temperature composites. The development of special chemical processes to aid in the development of ultra sophisticated electronic devices.
